Hello All,

The article this week is a continuation from last week. Last week, we detailed a situation from a disgruntled customer who visited a restaurant and expressed some concerns with the overall experience. The main characters of the short story were the disgruntled customer and the restaurant manager.

This week we will look at the restaurant manager’s reaction from their individual point of view while also looking at the point of view from the unhappy client.

Who is right? Who is wrong? Are they both right? Are they both wrong?

Who is to blame? Are they both to blame? Or does blame not need to be invoked?

Who is responsible? Are they both responsible? Are neither responsible?

From the point of view of the angry customer, they will blame the restaurant.

They will blame the next restaurant they will visit when this happens again…

This customer will continue to outwardly project their unhealed internal blame onto others until a time comes when…

This customer (in this unhealed state of mind), believes they are 100% right!

… Now onto the restaurant manager …

The restaurant manager as well, has a similar opinion! It starts with, something to the effect of: the customer chose to come into our restaurant … it is their fault!

Nobody forced them to come eat here today!

Regarding the broken door lock that the customer broke, the restaurant manager’s view is that this person should have managed their anger!

Regarding the short staffing, they were short staffed due to an illness that was going around, it was the illness’s fault for our short staffing (says the restaurant manager)! … Or … another internal to external projection (of blame) to the customer … the customer knew we were short staffed! They are to blame!

This restaurant manager (in this unhealed state of mind), believes they are 100% right!

This restaurant manager will continue to outwardly project their unhealed internal blame onto others until a time comes when…

Next week will be the final article in this short story series, Actions In Reverie and we will look at this topic of blame from several different states of consciousness, to understand The True Nature Of Reality.

To Infinity & Beyond,

Friend
